These terms govern your use of safebikebattery.com, operated by Safe Bike Battery, the North American dealer program from Zen Energy and A1 Batteries. By using the site you accept these terms.

Reservations are not purchases

Submitting a reservation form expresses interest and holds a place in an upcoming allocation. It is not a purchase and creates no payment obligation. Dealer purchases, deposits, pricing, and delivery are governed by the written dealer terms and invoices we provide directly to your shop.

Product information

Specifications, compatibility lists, and availability dates on this site are accurate to the best of our knowledge on the date published and may be refined before shipment. The battery's UL 2271 certification (file UL-US-2424304-0, held by Zen Electric Bikes Inc.) can be verified independently on UL Product iQ. Compatibility claims describe fitment only; always confirm fitment for a specific bike before installation.

Trademarks

Rad Power, RadRunner, RadRover, RadCity, RadMini, Juiced, and iGO are trademarks of their respective owners. Safe Bike Battery is an independent supplier and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by these brands. Model names are used only to describe compatibility. All other content on this site belongs to us and may not be reproduced commercially without permission.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site: no scraping of submitted data, no attempts to breach the forms or the systems behind them, no submitting information about anyone but yourself or your own shop.

Liability for site use

The site is provided as is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages arising from use of the site itself. Nothing in these terms limits the product warranty that accompanies purchased batteries or any rights you hold under applicable law that cannot be waived.
