Safe Bike Battery ("we", "us") is the North American dealer program from Zen Energy and A1 Batteries. This policy describes what information we collect through safebikebattery.com, how we use it, and the choices you have.

What we collect

We collect only what you give us through the forms on this site:

• Dealer reservations: shop name, contact name, email address, phone number, and your estimate of monthly battery volume.
• Model requests: the bike model or brand you need a battery for, your email address, and whether you are a shop, rider, or other.

How we use it

• To send you the dealer pack and confirm your allocation.
• To respond to your questions.
• To notify you when a battery you asked about becomes available.

We do not sell your information. We do not share it with third parties for their marketing.

Analytics

We use self-hosted, cookie-free analytics (Umami) to understand aggregate site traffic. It does not use cookies, does not store personal identifiers, and does not track you across other sites.

Where your information lives

Form submissions are stored in our own customer database. The site is hosted on Vercel, which processes requests to serve these pages. We keep your information for as long as needed for the purposes above, then delete it.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you, correct, or delete the information we hold about you at any time. Residents of California (CCPA), Canada (PIPEDA), and other jurisdictions may have additional rights under local law. For any request, email hello@safebikebattery.com and we will respond within 30 days.

Children

This site is for bike shops and adult riders. It is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If this policy changes, we update this page and the date above. Material changes to how we use already-collected information will be communicated to the email you gave us.
